I specialize in building high-performance e-commerce experiences for inspiring enthusiast brands on Shopify Plus. I'm happiest as a hands-on partner who spots the opportunity, builds it, and helps the team grow. What kind of experience do you have?
I have experience working with a variety of enthusiast brands. As part of their internal team, I've designed and developed direct-to-consumer e-commerce sites from the ground up and taken over existing sites. My capabilities are not limited to the customer-facing experience. I also build custom solutions and integrations necessary to improve efficiency on the administrative side.
At PXG, I rebuilt the Club Configurator that drives 44% of all orders: TTFB dropped 94% (870ms to 49ms), page load improved 31%, API payload shrank from 7.57MB to 55KB, and Shopify query cost fell 261× while expanding SEO visibility. I built a custom Shopify app running on all regional storefronts that merges configured club builds into one cart line, delivers custom discount logic (bundles, tiered club-count pricing, upgrade incentives), and adds a refer-a-friend program at checkout. I unified the navigation: nav HTML down 73% (194KB to 53KB), duplicate links down 85%, images at page load from 24 to 4.
At New Value Capital, I contributed to doubling revenue in 3 years across their portfolio brands. A package builder I developed lifted accessory sales 69% year-over-year. Order-processing automation became over 90% more efficient, and staff time was cut by more than 50%.
At Raw Generation, I streamlined product metafields from 97 to 6 and built a custom Shopify app that replaced the manual Google Merchant Center feed spreadsheets the marketing agency and internal team struggled to manage.
Honestly, if it touches the storefront, it's on my plate: UX and UI, SEO, accessibility, performance, checkout and promotions, custom apps and integrations, keeping a constant eye on things and jumping in fast when something breaks, and helping teammates understand the why, not just the how.
